Privacy

GPTFilePro collects information you voluntarily provide through our intake process so we can evaluate, build, test, and deliver your custom GPT build.

We may store information submitted through the Build Intake as reasonably necessary to manage customer projects, build and deliver custom GPT packages, communicate with customers, provide revisions or support, and maintain internal business and project records.

We do not need or request access to your ChatGPT account.

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own privacy practices. GPTFilePro does not store customers’ payment card details.

Please do not submit unnecessary confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information.

Questions about your information can be addressed through the contact method provided during ordering.

Project and customer information may be retained for business, support, recordkeeping, and legal purposes and may be deleted when no longer reasonably needed.

Terms

GPTFilePro provides a custom GPT build package and related installation materials based on the agreed project.

You are responsible for maintaining access to a ChatGPT plan or workspace that supports creating custom GPTs. You install and create the final GPT in your own ChatGPT account and are responsible for reviewing the resulting GPT before relying on its output.

Please review your build carefully. Your package includes one consolidated correction or revision request submitted within 3 calendar days after the finished GPTFilePro build package is delivered. The revision is limited to corrections needed to bring the delivered work into conformity with the agreed project specification. New features, new use cases, changes in direction, or other new requirements are not included and may require additional paid work or a separate build.

GPTFilePro does not host or manage the final GPT. We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will remain unchanged or continuously available.
